Does anybody know the proper way your foot should roll when you are running. Are you supposed to run on the outside/inside/middle of your foot? Do you push off with certain toes? Does the foot twist at all?

you are told to hit the outside back portion of your foot and roll to the ball of your foot for push off. i found that not thinking of my running form when i run is better for me. i always had injuries when i tried to think about what i was doing. now i just run. if you pronate too much you are going to need some custom orthotics to stop the inward/outward roll.

Unless your running sprints. Then you stay up on your toes more and keep your weight a little more forward on your center line.

When you run. Try to relax and just let your body do the work. Don't think to much.
