Seeking SEAL/SWCC mentors for full time postions in Chicago, Denver, Atlanta

Helping a friend recruit retired/former SEAL or SWCC senior enlisted or officers with min 8 years active duty (flexible if have significant reserve time) to serve as full time Mentors at the Navy Recruiting Districts listed above. I've been trying to get in touch with CAPT Bisset, how do you get involved with RDAC? I plan on enlisting at the beginning of next year with a SEAL challenge contract, do I have to wait until I enlist or is this program for civilians?

Yea obviously, I'm not talking about becoming a mentor, I'm asking about being mentored. From what I understand individuals under the tutelage of this program have a much greater chance of graduating BUD/S, but I have not been able to find any info on getting involved.

Thanks, I've been in contact with a motivator for a while. He said he never heard of RDAC and that they can't endorse anything outside of the navy.
