if anyone knows anything about this supplement im curious if animal pak would be a good for me? its a crap load of vitamins. i know most people dont get enough nutrients during the day just eating meals. the reason im looking into this supplement is because i dont want to gain anymore muscle mass but from the looks of it many body builders take this. i have been running lots of distance the past month or so and ive gained 5pnd while expecting to loose that much. thanks

my opinion, get some protein powder, a multi vitamin, and a protein digestive aid. save some money

I've never taken the Animal Pak products, but a buddy of mine did. He said he had to take a ton of pills a day, and didn't see any results. I agree with Jason, protein supplements have helped me more than anything.

it's more expensive initially. what do you get with that animal pack 22 packs of pills for 50 bucks. GNC protein is like 35 and you get 95 servings out of it. The multi-vitamin can be whatever brand you want, honestly you can get flintstones vitamins and be good to go, a multi-vitamin is a multi-vitamin, and are about 10 bucks for 120 pills. And the enzyme digestive aid is 15 for about 200 pills, a lot of people neglect the PDA when they're taking in 100+ grams of protein in a day, what they don't realize is their body can't process that much protein before you digest it so they're really only getting, nutritionally, about half of their protein intake. Make sure you get one of these if you plan on takin the protein supps. Good luck.
