hey there kiddo!
let me know what doctor boxer said... i'm curious.
why has your wrist been bothering you? have you been pushing it? you know, it could be the weather. it's been cold and VERY damp this past week. the other morning the humidity made it feel like 28. not much tops that sub-freezing rainy weather. ;)

Dude, I'm not trying to be an A-hole here, but I mean you should really get people's personal emails or email them on the site when you wanna say stuff like that. Making a thread directed towards one person is useless and just takes up space on the site. If she is interested in how your doing, i'm sure she'd be glad to give you her email address. Anyways, not trying to make anyone mad, just thought I'd throw that out there, I hope you understand what I mean, thanks.

spades are spades, dude.
now, while this thread should be under 'injuries', (mods please move), i'm sure that two things probably never occurred to you:
1. his injury is common, which means that other people have had, do have, or will have it in the future, and
2. you could learn something.
furthermore, i may or may not be the only one interested in how he's progressing. this site is a community, not an encyclopedia. it's also an unofficial recruiting tool. if you don't want to read threads entitled 'hey snow!', don't.

I broke my wrist in September and I still can't do a single pushup.

Actually I do. I've been doing a basic do-it-yourself therapy and its working rahter rapidly for me. My wrist surgery was very clean though, and the heal went real nicely. So I can do pushups, but I can't completely lean over my shoulders. Right now I'm tilted back a slight bit. Today with my trainer I did 35 pushups in a bout a minute, so that wasnt too bad. I'm not in peak shape though. I'm workin' on it though :) .

As I said before, I'm not an A-hole, like I know some guys are to you here, so don't think it was an attack. I made that post before it was moved into this thread, now that they have a forum geared towards injuries it makes sense. Also I understand where your coming from when you say that it's a common injury and everyone may learn from what people share here, i'm not arguing that. But making a topic titled "hey snow" doesn't exactly make me think "There could be some vital information in there that i could learn from about injuries", "progress of my injury" would be a little more appropriate, am i wrong by saying that?

No, you are correct. Subject of this thread has been changed to be more informative.
