I have a little info for you, I am also a CT whose going to BUD/S. I am planning on leaving here in the next couple months. As far as I know you can request to go to BUD/S at the end of your tour and get released to them. The problem I'm working on right now is finding out if I can reenlist under the CT rate and get an SRB and then go to BUD/S. I've heard that we'd have to change rates and that we cannot change rates unless we're 9 months out from our EAOS. Thing I'm trying to figure out is if we really do have to change rates because I talked to two seals who were ct's and they said they were able to put in a chit and keep their rates although they had to go to school for another rate to use while being a SEAL. The other option is to extend your enlistment 36 months that required prior to leaving to BUD/S and not reenlist and get no SRB and hope you make it through, if for some reason you don't then you have to chance to reenlist again under your ct rate but probly without the SRB. The money is not the only important thing but it really helps. Also depending on what branch of CT your are you can work with the SEALS.
SWCC for one and the other you'll have to talk to someone at your command, it's a group on the east coast. I can't mention anymore.
Good Luck!
