Seems to be for me that Pull-ups is the hardest to do and actually increase reps. Most of my weight and development is in my legs, my upper is comming along, my pushups have significanly increased. Is there other exercises, aside from directly doing pullups, that will help develop the muscle groups that are used during a pull up rep. Or a way to facilitate pullups until one can increase their reps. Thanks in advance

Well going to the guy will help doing half your 1 rm and doing 12 to 15 reps will help you also get a chair and put your feet on it and use your leg muscles to help you do the pull ups when they become hard for you to do.
