this is to Thurston only so please do not answer if you are not him, thank you in advance. i remember that you went through 2nd phase with achilles tendonitis. when mine was bad i couldnt barely hobble around on it, thats amazing how yours didnt rupture under the everyday stress in BUD/s. how did you take care of it? also is it 100% better now? because i can carry on with everyday activities, and run and everything now, but it just doesnt feel the same and its been about 9 months now . im slowly getting into running again but dont want to push it yet, what do you suggest i do to completely heal it?
thank you

my achilles is feeling much better now, i have taken a **** load of glucosamine MSM and chondroitin, i also take L-glycine and L-lysine, something i read on a runners web site. it is all expensive but well worth it, i also decided to just start running slowly even when it gives me problems, and it seems to be getting stronger and better. another thing that i did was used a rolling pin to roll out my calves before i stretch or run, this all has helped my achilles. so anyone in the future with achilles problems remember to catch it early so you wont be out as long as me, i re injured myself a few times and paid the price.
