while a trainee is at BUD/S has to go to the bathroom. I mean really badly. Does he just go or what?

In my class, trainess went #1 all the time on themselves..before the O course, in the classroom, before a run, on an ocean swim, etc. I did as well. It is no big deal since you will end up rinsing off during the many times hitting the surf throughout the day!

Hmm... don't know the answer and I'd hate to answer a question with a question, but....

What would you do if you were engaged in combat or deployed on a mission and you really had to go? That would suck... I'd probably just piss on myself. Better wet than dead. As for the other reason to go... well, let's just hope that doesn't have to happen to anyone.

Nasty. Anyway, I was reading an article written on BUD/S and it said something about students pissing in the water during surf torture to keep themselves warm. Before rock portage, they take somewhat of a crash-course on safety and when they entered the building a visitor was nearly knocked out by the smell of urine, mud, and sludge. Pretty interesting.

lol gross.... That would be hard to deal with.. But if you are that cold and in that extreme measures of staying warm I suppose it may be tolerated by some people... Still not a good thought though..

Yep. I'll try to look for the article again. I stumbled upon it while trying to look for information on what BUD/S students eat during hell week.

Ok, ok...I was waiting for this topic and was going to avoid it, but all you are too curious so I give you some insight - but its not pretty. *LOL* Anyway...ok if you have to pee you always wet anyway, so most people just piss themselves. I know its kinda nasty but hey it keeps you warm - its not too gross when your shaking like a damn dried up leaf in a wind storm.

Ok, as for a #2. First of all, even in hell week hygiene is a priority. I, personally have never dropped a duece in my pants at BUD/S. That is nasty. But before your class go through - the class that goes before you - you have to help them as far as doing laundry and all - some people do just go in their pants - thats just plain nasty. Dont do it - that is sick. Some poor ******* s gotta clean your stuff. I wasnt about to clean anybodys s***y drawers for the class ahead of me. Garbage time. *lol* So yes it is done but disgusting. You do have hygiene time even in BUD/S to drop a #2 and even brush your teeth real quick and all that. Use the time wisely. Drop it and go. *lol*

You eat at the galley as usual in first phase...unlike Ranger school, food deprevation is not a factor in training. They understand the need for proper nutrition. *lol* But in second phase get used to ham and cheese box lunches and in third phase get used to MRE's. *lol*......................

Well, information is always .. something to have - although I'm not sure, in this context, if it's good, handy or useful to know. At least the matter's dealt with (y'know, if is really difficult to avoid using ambiguous words when discussing this subject).

A word of warning here to anyone in or planning to visit the LA beach area (and the coast inbetween) with a view to swimming or otherwise enjoying the water - the dominant current is north so, what goes in the water at Coronado ... Baywatch will never be the same again.

Like I said not a pretty answer but thats the way it was. *lol*

What do the instructors have to say about students who **** in their pants? Do they get in trouble or get punished for **** ting theirselves? It's gross I know,but I don't think students nor instructors want to have to smell someones **** ty pants...lol,ok I am done.. I just grossed myself out..

Not quite sure what to think about all this preoccupation with sh*t. I wouldn't hesitate to "pee in the pool" though if I needed a warm-up. Urine is sterile, the only bad part is the smell.

That smell is urea (sp? I'm sure you knew that). I say drop a fatty in your pants. Given my sick sense of humor, and how bad of a mood I'll probably be in during BUD/S, laughing at myself for "self - defication" is just what I'll need. Besides, I'm sure the swishing effect in your pants that will create will take your mind off some of the cold.

Hell no...they went right into the trash can. Yes I had respect for them for being in the class ahead of me, but I drew the line somewhere and I was not about to throw s****y drawers in a washing machine that I washed my clothing in as well. *lol* Just wasnt happening. They went right in the trash. The funny thing is though - you have to stencil your name on everything because it all gets washed together..well, you could see who s**t their pants (literally *lol*) because their name was right there on them. I wont mention any names *lol*.................
