listening Eye of the tiget remix 50x’s a day including hundreds of other song of pumpness, empty water jugs and soda bottles all over the area where I do push ups, pull ups and sit ups, push up in dark alley ways for hours on end at 3am,20 miles a day running min a day , jumping over cars waiting for the green light” sliding over the hood when its misty out so I glide across” , doing push ups in the rain, and watching a little but of rambo every here and there…. BEWARE…. Solo drown proofing sessions in my pool at 1am with not lights in the pool fully tied and nobody around for 1 hour straight … “floating on stomach and going up and down” 50 meter swims underwater at 1 am nobody around no lights in pool…..ignoring people talking sh%t to me on the street running…. when i arrive at buds you better have a ZOO KEEPER ready to pick me up..... 6,000 meteres a day min left and right side strokes"in sets of 500-2000 meters.... BEWARE ... BEWARE.. i swim mid day and keep an 6 hour distance from running.. this post is not a joke. the only thing that was is joke was watching rambo... i dont watch that. sometimes after heavy swims i go running and i have to stop every 200 feet for my heart. but running my legs feel like springs. i also can almost do the splits because i saw jeaan vlaude van damn doing it in bloodsport... it looked like a bad *** thing to do. 7-8 inches and i have the splits. only problems from intense running bridge of foot middle both sides muscle very sore could not run 3 weeks

i did not understand half the things you wrote above. before trying to pass BUD/S, you should try to pass basic English.

then again...people warned me about reading you post...and how i should not click on anything you write...so i guess some of it is my fault.

Is a "tiget" similar to the Liger that was featured on Napoleon Dynamite?

I do push ups, pull ups and sit ups, push up in dark alley ways for hours on end at 3am

Dude,
For some reason I actually believe this one. I am sure your "johns" are more than impressed.

sliding over the hood when its misty out so I glide across”

With all due respect Barr; If some @sshole touched my car like that, I would get out and re-wax my hood with his cerebral fluid.

Solo drown proofing sessions in my pool at 1am with not lights in the pool fully tied and nobody around for 1 hour straight …

I normally wouldn't encourage this...but you seem to know what your doing dude. Have you tried adding weight?

people talking sh%t to me on the street running

Now, I find that hard to believe man.

when i arrive at buds you better have a ZOO KEEPER ready to pick me up

Absolutely.

Personally, I enjoyed his post. Besides my basic grammatical skills and knowledge of the written English language, I can relate to Barr. I'll admit to being obsessed with the SEALs, I'll admit to doing stupid methods of training like attempting drown proofing and taking cold showers. Everyone here is drawn to being a Navy SEAL, just like our special friend Barr. For all I know, this stupid son-of-a-***** could be with me on graduation day at BUD/S. NSO out.

NavySpecOps do two things. Number one make a profile and number two if you aren't actually spec ops change your name. It's very disrespectful to the people who actually are in SpecWar and run SpecOps to have a handle like that when you haven't done **** to earn it.

I'm pretty sure I have a profile, actually I'm positive... Whatever. Ya I tried to change my name but it didn't work so oh well. Technically, there's no official thing called NavySpecOps, its NavalSpecWar. So its not that big a deal.

Nospin...hahaha. That could be true also. C'ya

If you had a profile you would see that little blue man on the bottom left corner of your name box on your posts. And yes technically it is Naval Special Warfare. But if you're that ignorant might I suggest a career as a Pentagon bean counter instead of a SpecWar Operator.

In what way am I ignorant?

Secondly, what are your credentials? If you have the experience to discipline me than fine, whatever, but if you don't have any experience or credentials, than keep to yourself. I'm not here to play the "I'm more likely to become a SEAl than you" game, I'm here to get good info and talk with good people. So why don't you post relevant material instead of scanning all the forums like a second grade grammar teacher, searching for errors that you can correct to make yourself feel better.

Why not just take the heat and be yourself? Not just to SpecOps, but to everyone. One thing that SEALs are to learn and adapt to is humility. You should know how to deal with it, instead of retorting back to everyone and proving you are right. With that kind of attitude, you'll never be a SEAL to begin with (and no, i'm not saying i have a better chance at it...so don't even begin with that).

I'm here to get good info and talk with good people

if this is your intent, just ignore everything else and pick out what you want to learn. I don't talk much on these forums...God gave me two ears and one mouth for a reason; to listen twice as much and talk only half. I ignore a lot of the stupid posts and read more informative one. but yea...occationally, i do post retarded stuff, such as to barr, for sake of humoring myself.

I think so, because a SEAL shouldn't be embarrased about a mistake they made for it to affect their work. Honestly, if i was a SEAL and was running around naked with a mission, i would still get it done, not matter wht others think.

But besides that, i read it in worrior elite and finishing school that humility is a big thing.
correct me if i'm wrong.

Tingkka,

I agree with you to a point--I think.

It matters on what you are actually saying; I'm not quite sure.

Humility is a huge part of the Samurai Code, and many other warriors through out history. There must be something to be said for that. I think it comes down to recognizing your place and role in the world.

With that being said--I think most Team guys are extremely confident and ****y. Don't expect humility from a SEAL if he doesn't think you deserve it. I am sure many-a-jaw have been wired shut for making that mistake.

If you look at the Trident that the SEALs wear, the Eagles head is lowered. That is to remind all Frogs that humility is the true measure of a warriors streangth. As per Admiral Steffens, CO of ST-1, graduation speech for class 217.

What are yours????

I'm more likely to become a SEAl than you

Funny, I didn't see him say that.

So why don't you post relevant material

He did, you are not listening. Here, let us try again, Please post a profile and change your screen name as you are showing disrespect to all those that have actually earned the title.

Have a nice day.

You're ignorant because you want to sit there and say "Well technically it's not SpecOps it's Spec War". Ok fine technically it is but the fact that you would try and use that as justification for using a name you haven't earned is ignorant. And as far as my credentials go I am a Gunner's Mate in the United States Navy. I've already been through boot and "A" school. I screened at boot and did the Dive Motivator thing. I ended up getting **** ed out of a contract for some unknown reason so I will have to wait to go to BUD/S. So you will probably get to BUD/S before I do. Fine. If you make it then come back and start talking about credentials, until then shut your mouth.

Haha, basically we both posted the same thing to each other..."where are your credentials? well where are yours? shut-up! shut your mouth"" just so I can get the last word, Ge **** s started it.

about humility, I would say its good in general, in person I'm quite humble.

With regards to s/n and profile, I honestly have a profile, I'll try to change my name and stuff, and then I'll post so you can read it and not be so pissed, jk.

hopefully no hard feelings, i gtg

No we didn't post the same thing. You asked for my credentials. I gave them to you. I never asked for your credentials. You don't have any so there is no point in me asking. I started off just trying to let you know how things go around here with regards to screen names and profiles. If you did post a profile it didn't register because you don't have the profile button on your posts. Don't go off and start acting like a **** when someone tries to help. And your last comment about "just so I can get the last word" shows a very immature attitude for someone trying to become one of the most elite warriors on Earth.

hopefully no hard feelings, i gtg

No there's no hard feelings but you need to listen more when someone tries to help instead of just lashing out because someone corrected you.

family guy is probably THE funniest cartoon ever to hit TV. there are times where i have sat there and cried laughing so hard for at least 5 minutes. like the one where Peter puts on a play called "the King and I" and at the end where he farts...probably THE funniest thing i have ever seen in my life. great stuff. for those who have never watched it, buy the DVD's or watch it on TV...you'll love it
