I'm following the Warning Order Workout, part I, and have a quick question. For week #1/2, it says 2 miles M/W/F at a 8:30 pace. For week #4, it says 3 miiles M/W/F, but gives no pace. I am assuming that you want to run with a better than 8:30 pace for all the running workouts, going forward.
Can anyone confirm this or offer their advice. Thanks for your time.

try running it at an 8:30. if you can run it faster, than do it. all the Warning Order is is a guide line. if you can do more than the minimum, then you should try to do it.

No question there, I was just wondering if there was a set program (ie 8:00 in week 4, 7:30 in week 5, etc).
I'll just keep pushing myself to go faster every week. Thanks for the reply.
