This question is in regards to the upper body PT pyramid in the workout. If I can't do all the reps of pull ups what should I do?

the pyramid workout is designed to increase the amount of reps you can do for the specified workouts. if you cant do any more pull ups or you cant do the required amount, do as many as you can and then go on to the next exercise. i think you are talking about the one where the top of the pyramid is 10 sets and for every set you need to do 1 pull up, 2 push up, and 3 sit up. just do what you can and make sure you completly burn out in each catagory in order to get the most out of your workout
