How much do the boots that Navy SEALs train in weigh?

Jungle boots, pretty light. I wouldnt call them heavy by any great stretch.

Thanks for the response, I was just looking at some Bates Lights and Hi-Tecs and they said they weigh about as much as a pair of running shoes. My running shoes weigh about a pound together. I guess it doesn't really matter; I was just looking for some specs.

If you are asking for training purposes, I personally have found it useful to use ankle weights while running. If you get some tennie shoes and then get some ankle weights (start light first) then you can simulate running in the sand with boots. It doesn't feel much diffrent in my opinion. I've gotten to the point now that its easier to run in the sand with boots then with the weights and tennies. Hope that helps.
