I would focus on making it through the Q first and then after you have served your time on an "A" team, if you think you have it I dont think it would be hard to go to selection. I would focus on getting through the next two years as an X ray it is great stuff..., good luck, any questions let me know.

Every year in the Army they have a demonstration of Delta Force to all personnel, even non-special forces. They'll explain it, and eveything about it, then say if you're interested stick around, and you'll remain sitting while the rest of the group piles out of the auditorium. If you make SF and do your best, you won't have much of a problem getting selected. Just don't worry about it, like he said, just worry about getting SF first.

I can answer a few but I have to get to Russian class so I will make it quick. After boot camp SOPC, not too much fun but your first interaction with S.F. and they are great, they smoke you all the time but very professional. After you get selected you go to SOPC II much more laid back than sopc I, sut stuff like that. Then you move over to student co. and wait for PLDC then Phase II, Phase III etc. Yes there is alot of down time at student co. almost too much but it is good you can go home on leave , weekends stuff like that. I got married in the Q and went on a honeymoon so dont worry about that. They are currently restructuring the course so it may not be the same when you get here or whats on the Army website. Yes I got the group I wanted but I pulled some strings. As far as making it through just never quit thats what I tell everyone, it is a loooooooooooooooong road but the end goal is worth it. Good luck man
