A. You must log out, and then log in again. You will then be able to access the forums. The technical explanation is that your session has expired for the forums. This happens when you close your browser, or if you are inactive for a period of time. Our developers are aware of this, and are working on fixing this issue.
Q. What do I do if I do not know my password?
A. Follow these steps to reset your password.
- At login box, enter your Login ID and hit enter (The message should say "xxx is already in use"
- Click Login button
- Enter a BAD password and click Login
- You’ll see this text “Lost Password? Click Here” Click on "Click Here", and an email with a new password and instructions will be sent to you.

If you do not wish to remain logged in, please click the “Logout” button in the top-right corner of the page and you will be required to re-enter your login information in order to access any site feature that requires a login.

A. Since the launch of navyseals.com in 1997 out site has undergone two major revisions, for which we completely re-created our site from the ground up, based on your feedback, in order to better serve our valued members. As a result of these updates, our membership database was updated as well, reestablishing the baseline dates for initial membership. If the date you first became a member is inaccurate in your profile, please contact customer service to have it changed.
Q. I can’t find old e-mails in my account.

Q. I want to join the SEALs. Can you provide me the opportunity?
A. No. We are a private organization with no formal affiliation with the United States Navy. Many of our staff members are Navy veterans and former Special Warfare Operators, but we aren’t the Navy. Go to the Preparation tab under “Take the Challenge”, and click on “7 Steps to Start the SEAL Challenge”. There, you’ll get a step-by-step guide to how to work with a Navy recruiter to earn a SEAL contract.
