Remember, I've been able to kick off walls in a pool up to 10 meters, so if you're in a 25 meter pool, it should be very easy to get a good score on that part. Good Luck!
I have 100% confidence that you will do well this thursday. One thing to check out is on the CSS forum there is a new post about a turn around. I think it will help all of us out due to the fact that our test is going to be taken in a 25 yd. pool so there will be a lot of turnarounds. This is a new way of turning around off the wall and it looks like it could really help. I am going to the pool tomorrow to practice it and see if it helps. If it saves 1 second per turn then that will get my time down to about 10 min even. Good luck and don't push this week. If I were you I would only do a very light workout on Monday so you are fresh on Thursday.
