swim sidestroke 40 25m in the morning 12pm - 1245pm 10miles in 90 mins/everyotherday run 20 40yd SPRINTS afternoon 4-530 at night pshh lift then 1 legged squats 100 each leg and abs abs lower abs on odd day even after lifting pushups abs lower abs  m-f  oh and i picked up pal boxing with the greatest coach thats sup holla in 12 weeks uall be 100 muscle
