Evening Wayne , I sent you an email. I appoloqize if its a bit scattered, my cousin and his kids stopped by (looking for halloween candy). They are so funny lol Well...what I sent was important and gave it as much concentration as I could...little Luke (4 yr old boy) bit me in the leg and his younger brother Alex climbed on top of my desk. I had to call his Mom cause I still cant lift kids up...a phobia or whatever it is, just not comfortable with it yet...they feel very breakable. Now I know how some of these moms on here feel when they juggle kids and try to get things done. It's definitly another reason in life to give some serious thought to investing in a tranquilizer gun. Anyway, just thought I would explain myself take care and always a pleasure.

We've had a sucky week. The painters started painting our house and were on our roof and they found that our roof is rusted and there are huge holes in it. We now have to get part of the roof replaced and its going to cost us a tonne of money. And i'm not working at the moment. Oh well. Have a great day. J.

Just stopping by to say hey, been a while since I talked to you. Things are going good here still loving it, I think its the structure that I love so much. I'm very regimented and like things to be done in a neat and orderly fashion. You would think with the kids I would learn to loosen up a bit that way...LOL oh well. Hope is all with you and Duchess.

Correction: 1 mile run in 03.54.6 -wikipeida and the book Lore Of Running 4th edition (excellent book) confirms that run. I don't know where I got 3 min flat from.
Hey AJ...I just came in from a run. There is a speed radar on the street I was running on. The road was clear with no cars in sight. I decided to sprint and it clocked me at 18 MPH (I ran it twice) second time it clocked me at 16 mph... my last quarter mile sprint that I clocked with a digital stop watch was 68 seconds. R x T = D tells me that my running speed is roughly 13.5 mph (different day)...I was wondering, if you know, how accurate are those speeding radars that caught me on foot ? (The fastest 1 mile run took 3min by Steve Prefontane - average speed 20 mph) One more thing, is it okey to watch youtube videos and not comment ? (If so, here is a youtube video with a great song, made to tribute S. Prefontane) http: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRaJmDQH4TQ&feature=related He was born with one leg shorter then the other...he had nothing going for him...he also had a heart problem or ashtma.
