Joe I am doing much better since my neck surgery. I will review your docs this weekend. Thanks for keeping me in your prayers and for thinking of my recovery. HooYah!
I saw that on the news about FL. The icicles won't last long once the sun hits them. It's only been in the low to mid 20's where I'm at and they are melting and falling off now. I'd just dress warmer if I had to run outside...luckily for me, I get to do my work indoors at the gym...won't be hitting the outdoors until spring arrives and the temps are at least in the high 50's to low 60's...Brrrrr!!
Hey Joe! Things are just humming along here. It's been cold but that's all part of winter in my area. The only bad news so far is that my new car has been struck twice while parked in parking lots. That pretty much sucks but it will all get fixed in a matter of weeks. Not much I can do about it though. How are things going for you so far this year? I'm sure it's much warmer where you are than by me. TTYS ~Shar
No problems on being a day late, you made it in time for Boxing Day! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you, too. I hope that you had a great 2008, and that 2009 is even better.
Hey, thanks for stopping by. My NROTC application is at the Naval Education and Training Command centerfor final selection. So, I guess I will know pretty soon whether I get the scholarship or not. How is school going? Are you going for the SPEC WAR billet?
Hey J! It's definitely a Happy Hump Day! I finally got some shut eye but was about 20 minutes late for babysitting duty. Oh well....it is family so all is good. How are things going with you? TTYL ~Shar
Hey Joe! (ok- now I am going to have that Hendrix song stuck in my head for awhile)
Thanks for adding me as a friend- I must say that from your pics you look like a VERY cheerful person, and I like my friends to be cheerful. And you look very spry for 87 years-old.
Sorry- couldn't help myself with the teasing, yellow smilie faces do that to me.
I'm not in the Navy yet. I just applied for the NROTC Scholarship, and am waiting to here back. I am already in college though (this is my first semester). I'll be doing NROTC for 3 years hopefully. How far are you in college?
