Hey,

I guess you saw my drive by....I'm hanging in...started working out earlier this year ...still stickin to it....little bit of weight lifting (minimal) swimming and bike riding -- riding on the gym equipment when it's too icy and wet and outside when there is a break in the weather.

....how goes it for you?

I am always thrilled to see my name listed as a members top friends.  I am humble for this honor, while the feeling of confidence overwhiems my spirit that I am reaching many that are listening to my encouragement to challenge yourself to be a better person, to educate yourself to be a leader,  and to plan your goals to ensure your success.

Did you do a dreaded drive by and not even leave me a hello.

Ok so now I am curious what is your native tongue?

My progress so far is weighing in at 226lbs (as of today)...I quit drinking coffee for 2 months now and haven't had any alcohol for an entire month...just quiting bad habits and replacing those beverages with milk, orange juice and good old fashioned water. I also plan on eating 70% carbs, 20% protein and 10% of fats. I should drop 10-15 lbs by the end of Feb. I read how Goggins lost 100+ in 2 months time...thats nutts and obviously can be done...but I read its unsafe. The suggested amount of weight loss per week is 2lbs. In the end of April/May...I should be performing 320 pulls-ups, 80-100 dips and 400-500 push-ups in one training session (for my upper body training regiment)...I hope I can accomplish this safely, by the end of April...so I could use May to train harder and longer, to prepare myself for the SEAL fit camp in June.
