Weapons Weapons

I have always been interested in weapons. Got my first 12 ga at 11 or 12.  It is a Win pump 1897 with a hammer.  Old gun still works. Reblued it and refinished the stock a few years back.  Also have a Hawthorne 30 06.

Not sure how the Obama Admin will deal with the 2nd Amendment.  Lived in CA a few years and could not own some guns.

Alive in Missouri

After recent personal circumstances, my wife became interested in self-defense...particularly with handguns. Missouri seems to have the most lenient laws regarding ownership and concealed carrying of them. They are even more lenient than three years ago. It seems we have a good lobby to the legislators.

With that in mind, my wife and I are embarking on a new hobby together, that of target shooting. I left behind my weapons skills nearly 30 years ago. I admit it's nice to begin taking them up again. But now I have much learning to catch up on the specs of handguns. Also, I'm re-motivated to get back into the "SEAL shape" I was in 30 years ago. Well, almost.
