What do we need to do to help?

What can we do to help those three that are being court-martialed for basically doing nothing?

I did not finish class 199, however, I've lived my life to the ideals we were taught.  

There are a few of us that need to know what we can do to protect these men from becoming scape-goats when they were only doing their job!
