I am an active duty SAR Swimmer that is in the process of getting my EOD package together. I have the medical stuff done but still need the interview and in-test for my package. I was wondering about how long it will take to hear back after my package has been sent in. Also, after hearing if you have been selected, how long does it take for orders to come through. Thanks!

08/24/2009 20:14:17 Once you submit your package you can call the detailer to check the status on the package. For example when I submitted my SWCC package I knew it was good to go but it took 2 months for the orders to be written. Why? because the SWCC detailer had to wait on approval to write orders because of funding, so basically he had to wait till the new physical year. Now the same day he wrote them I got my copy that fast.
